LaTanica J. Rogers is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and ministry trailblazer whose life reflects the power of redemption, purpose, and second chances. As a board member of The Compassionate Advocate, she brings a unique and deeply impactful blend of professional expertise, spiritual insight, and lived experience to the mission of restoring lives impacted by incarceration. 

LaTanicia is the founder of No More Locked Doors Ministry, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to ministering to the incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, and their families- breaking generational cycles and offering hope, healing, and restoration. Her ministry serves those who are bound physically and spiritually. 

 
She is also the owner and lead accountant of Freedom Accounting & Business Services, LLC (FABS LLC) where she combines her extensive financial knowledge and business acumen to help individuals, churches, and organizations achieve stability and growth. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Accounting with a minor in Leadership, and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University-along with a Bachelor's degree in Christian Education from Excellent Word Bible Theological Seminary-LaTanicia is uniquely equipped to lead in both the marketplace and the ministry field.
